Invite Friends

You only need to complete the registration form once per player to be registered with the club.  When you invite friends, please tell them to complete the inquiry form on our home page, if they have not already done so.  The inquiry form allows players to attend future events and receive club communications.

Trying out for HPSA

HPSA hosts annual open practices in May each year for all players, prospective and current, who want to play the following year.  Players are evaluated as they practice with players their own age.  After the evaluation period is complete, the first round of 2018-2015 Academy players will be notified by the end of May.  Each player’s skill level, attendance and enthusiasm will set expectations for skill development required, which team they make and playing time.

What to Expect at Tryouts

Players will be met at Open Practice by a Team Manager who will introduce the player to the coach and answer any parent questions.  Parents may watch the practice, but they are not allowed on the field.  Siblings are also not permitted on the field or in any other areas wherein the practice is taking place.  Parents may be asked to leave if siblings become a distraction to the coach or players.

Not able to attend in May 2024?

May 20, 2024 was the final open practice date for the first round of team selections for the 2024-2025 season.  For those who were unable to attend, depending on team space available, HPSA will host open practices during the summer, beginning in mid-June.  Official dates and times are TBA.
